Happy Thanksgiving to all. It will be just the wife and I this year, so we are going to start a new tradition. We are having cornish game hens for Thanksgiving this year.

Our 3 year-old granddaughter was with my wife when she bought them. She looked at all of the VERY large turkeys that were stacked all over the place and the package of two very, very small cornish game hens. She said "What is that Mimi?" My wife said "Katelyn, those are cornish game hens." She looked back and forth from the game hens to the turkeys and then after a rather long period of silence, for her, she said "Oh, okay."

I'm sure she had much more to say when she got home and asked her Mom and Dad about the game hens.

Have a great one ya'll!

Bill
