Congrats on the new bow. I think You'll like it. I sure do like the two we have in our house. A hunter II that the wife now shoots and my Crusader.

Make em sharp and shoot em straight, or leave em home.

Troy, if it's not too late I suggest going with the 58". A better shooter/performer, and the extra 2" shouldn't be a problem.

Chad - Any chance you could elaborate on the 56 VS 58" ? I'm shooting the 52" Raven and think it has great performance. I love the TD II design, and I really liked shooting the 56 Firebird, but I have a "thing" for one peice curves. But if I were to order another bow today, I was thinking of that hunter 56 or 58 TD hunter II.

Troy,
I also ordered a Check-Mate. The one I ordered is the Falcon Deluxe with a purpleheart, greybark riser, with elm limbs under clear glass. I'm thinking it might look like a decorated Christmas tree with the wood combination. Hopefully it will not stand out too much.
