Choice of arrow

Hi, i'm shooting a 45lb recurve and i have a 29 inch draw. What grade alloys would you reccommend i use? I plan on using Wensel woodsmans aswell.

I would start with a 2016. Depending on the bow and your release it could be.1916 for the low or 2018 for the hi
