It is correct to say that you are too over spined. When i bought my longbow, I started on the high end with the bareshafts. Smae thing.....Knock to the left. therefore, that would tell me you are also too overspined. In my opinion, to get a correct spined to bow set-up, you must shoot bareshaft to represent the true flight. all the fletchig does is allow the arrow to spin and either the broadhead or practice tip are primarily for fine tunining an already spined bow/arrow set-up. Best advice.......find a traditional archery shop or aquantice to assist yopu hands on the best set-up for your equipment.

I have never found any carbon arrows that fly well with my longbows or recurve.
I gave up on carbons and switch to wood and specifically to Bamboo cane arrows, they fly as fast as carbon and they are high impact resistant.
