im reading howard hills "hunting the hard way" and he said to get a lemon wood stave.were would i get that and how much would it cost?links would be greatly appeciated.

The lemonwood Hill wrote about is also called degame. The tree is native to Cuba. And, since we have a trade embargo against Cuba, we can't get it any more. I don't know of any other sources for it.

Degame (Lemon wood is found all though the west indies not only Cuba also Mexico.
Try this company i use to get it from them.

Other Common Names: Camaron, Palo camaron (Mexico), Surra (Costa Rica), Alazano (Panama), Guayabo (Colombia), Araguato, Betun (Venezuela). Sometimes you can find it in Ebay under the exotic names like alazano betun etc.

na, those old antiques!nobody uses telephones any more!

yeah i could call them but this way is much easier.make you do the work and when ever i get a chance to get on then i figure out when i go through my email.
plus you guys will always think "hey , akid that isn't interested in weed or sex,and better yet,he's interested in archery.ill just set thehook and reel'm in!".
(ok now I've officialy gone too deep in to this[8D])

but seriously ill call, when im not too busy doing nothing.
