Default Advice on arrow for new set-up!

I'm getting back into traditional archery and need some advice on arrow weight. I shoot a 45 lb Wing recurve and would like to shoot Goldtiptraditional arrows. I think I need a 3555 but thought I would double check. I have shot Goldtips for years out of my compound and want to stick with them. I also want to use a Wensel Woodsman broad head (148 grains including insert). Any advice on fletcing and FOC would be very helpful. My compound arrows are 29 inches and I have shot my Goldtip XT hunters 7595 just to practice and the lenght seems ok with field points. Should I change the length of my recurve arrows? Thanks for any advice.

3555 would probably spine out well for that bow. If you like the length you've got now, don't mess with it, unless you run into spine problems. I responded to your other questions on the Tech forum.
