Default just a question

OK here goes... I have a 54#@27" (draw length now for me) long bow going to be shooting cedar arrows 70# 75 # with 135gr heads ( 70-75 fly like darts don't ask... because I don't know why but they do the best flight from my bow) anyway. The arrows will be cut to 29" BOP w/ 3 nana's & magnus 2-blade heads.

Question is what would be the BIGGEST GAME You would take with it? I'm hitting 2" target @ 15 yards 8 out of 12 times (been shooting everyday) I know I can take Deer, Bear, TREERAT's & have read about others taking elk, caribou with 45# and 50# bows. I wouldn't try anything that I'm not 100% sure of a clean kill.

Deer and bear, no question. Larger game if you can get close enough. An elk is a damn big target at 15 yd.

Tuning is the biggest, if arrows are flying great (with Broadheads). For myself I shoot 55# and at my draw it is a hair over 53# and I would hunt anything in the states, including Bear ifI had the desire

I have read that the Indians used lower poundage bows and have taken Buffalo, Bear (black/brown), Elk, Deer ( all ), Moose, Mountian Lion, BobCat, Turkey, and other small game, ect: I would like to try all these games someday, when I get better then I am now. Thanks for the replies
