I hunted the Edmonton Bow Zone in '05 and '06, I'll be thereagain in Nov '07.
I got a HUGE bodied 8pt at 19yrds this past season.
It's usually very cold and snow is anyones guess anymore. In '05 we didn't have snow but this past Nov we sure did, around a foot of it. I had perfect conditions, justperfect.
An Alberta bowhunt (Nov) isn't for the squeamish.

Well Bobcat anything you want to know about bowhunting this province I can answer just about everything. I've bow hunted here now for the last 14 years in the Bowzone, so shoot and I'll try toanswer as best as I can. I have hosted a few hunters from the states also.

Well as Youngfart put it i Hunt and Live it as well. There is nothing like bow hunting up here especailly bow hunting Mulie's on the plains, lots of belly crawling but its also quite the sight when you get a big bodied Whitey walk out in front of you and you have to double check to make sure its not a young elk, there is lots of awesome hunting up here and lots of awesome animals.
