Biscuit problem

I'm noticing a problem with my WB. where the fletching strikes the whiskers on the lower leftside the whiskers are being bent & some have broken off. This doesn't appear on the nock vane or the lower right vane. Doesn't seem to affect arrow flight. Local Pro shop was stumped, center shot & nock checked out OK. this is the 2'nd biscuit in a year, I changed the first for the same reason. Iv'e seen biscuits that are several seasons old with no wear, any ideas what could be causing this. BTW the bow is a PSE Stingray 26" 55#,shooting Browning Boss arrows.

i put a small bead of adhesive (JB Weld) to the tips of my fletch this pushes the whiskers away as the fletch passes through rather than have the whiskers ride underneath the fletching should there be any lift from the tips of your fletching coming away from the shaft. Hey, works for me and my groups are just fine.

Where is the cock vane/feather? If you used to shoot a shoot thru rest ( TM Hunter, etc) the cock vane was down, with the WB they suggest having the cock vane out or up.

Cock vane is always up, my arrows are almost new. The fletchings are tight to the shaft. I'll try to post a pic of it.

On a WB, cock vein (odd color fletch) should always be in the up position.

If it's only in one position I'd have to deduce that it's a tuning issue. Paper tune at several distances to see if the arrow is leaving the bow properly. One distance is not good enough.

Thanks for the reply's! As soon as I can I will post a pic(need help with the camera:D) I think it is a tuning issue, although it is shooting accurate. I have only been shooting since last Oct. Both Gander Mtn. & local pro shop have worked the bow.

I just had a WB put on within the last week, I have the same problem. I brought it back to the shop where I bought it today. The owner of the shop adjusted it a little and said to try it.
