You might want to move the rest to the left a little bit. If you are getting a good paper tune, it could be the "false tune" that Len talks about. I have gotten good looking paper tears when the rest was not really in the right position. It could also be bow torque. I had a Biscuit on a bow that I put together on a Golden Eagle riser with the angled grip. I never could get that thing tune really right. It would shoot field points well, but broadheads would always shoot out to the left. Shooting the bow a lot made the hole in the middle of the Biscuit "egg shaped." The limb bolts on that bow stripped out, saving me futher frustration of trying to get it tuned right. I couldn't even get a drop away to tune right with that bow!;) On a few bows, I've found the Biscuit to do much better when I did some careful fine tuning.

Throwing star, did you have this problem with the biscuit?,is that why you are using the JB ?
Never. my fletches and the WB are like new just like the day i bought them since applying a very small bead of "JB Weld to my foremost tips of my fletching,,you gotta keep it uniform though (the same on all veins). I have used this technique for the last 4 years on my old GT's shooting into straw bales (and you know what that does to fletching),,never a torn fletch.

From the pics it looks like your centershot is too far to the left. If it were me I'd move the rest back to centershot position and start over. I'll go out on a limb here and say that your nocking point may be low and the arrows are acting stiff. As I said, move the rest to centershot and retune. If you have to make any adjustments do the nocking point first. Get your arrow straight in the vertical plane and then work on the horizontal.

The picture is a bit dark, but the bowstring is bisecting the lower limb evenly. The gold color nockpoint seems to indicate the biscuit being too far to the right.

I would center the rest for starters.

You should also make sure the bow is set at an even tiller and then set the nocking point so the arrow in at a 90degree angle to the bowstring.

I would reccomend shooting the correct spine arrows for the bow and grouptuning at 10-20-30-40yards to establish the final windage setting for the rest.

Correct spine arrows will hit the same vertcal line at different shooting distances while the incorrect spine arrows will not.

Hang in there with the tuning and you will get it sorted out.

Arrow spine charts are not always accurate when it comes to real-life results. My 55/75 Goldtips grouptune fine at 60# and under, but shoot to the left as the draw weight increases. Always verify correct spine by shooting the bow at different distances.

Good luck hunting! >>>------------->

RE: Biscuit problem

Took the bow to another pro shop Sat. to see the MAN at the top of the mountain. He checked the centershot & nock point,said they were fine.
Then he had me shoot.[:o]
Seems my self taught form was err....awful. I was holding the bow in a manner wich torqued it..alot. After about a 1/2 hr. he taught me proper hold ,anchor & follow through and also adjusted draw length by 1/2". Needless to say I am very gratefull for the help I received & will be sure to make the trip up the mountain again.:)
Bottom line is operator error was causing the problem with the WB.
I wasn't very accurate using the new technique ;gonna take a bit of practice to get zeroed in again.
