Default Need info on cybertec

Ive pretty much looked at all the new 2002 lineup and im ready to get a new bow. I thought i had decided on the havoctec, but then i really started looking at the cybertec. Ive heard a lot of good things about the havoctec and I know it would be a great hunting bow. This year i really wanta start shooting 3D a lot. Would the cybertec be a better all around bow? Ive heard that the havoctec was really accurate, but would it be good for competition? Does anybody shoot the cybertec? I need one bow that can do it all. Im thinking the cybertec would be my best bet.

Ky,
The CyberTec may be a little more geared for an all around bow, but it really depends on how you shoot. I shoot about the same with my Vortec and my HavocTec. The CyberTec just about has the same specs as my 2001 Vortec. The CyberTec may be a little easier to get to 280fps though.

Well, my 2002 Cybertec is ordered and on the way, cant tell you yet on how it will shoot. But I do have a Parker ultra-lite 31 that I have been shooting for hunting and 3-D and the short axle to axle parker is the best 3-D bow I have owned as well as best hunting bow! I shoot the short bow better for 3-D than I did my Mathews MQ-1 I used to shoot! So, personally I feel a short axle to axle bow can be both a great 3-D rig as well as hunting bow! I bought the cybertec with the intentions of it being my 3-D bow, and backup bow to the Parker 31. If the cybertec dosent shoot up to the Parkers standards Im used to.....then??? Its just a backup bow! But I wouldnt be afraid to go with the Havoctec as your all-around bow! It sure is nice hunting with a light, short axle bow!

Bloodtrail1, my local shop is selling ultralite 31s like crazy. When you get your cybertec be sure to give us and update on how it performs. Thanks for the info.
