Have you tried the QuickSpin vanes yet?
On a different subject, over on A.T. there's quite a discussion going on about the alignment of the "4th Axis" and tools to do that.

Haven't really seen much new this year but then I haven't really been looking real hard either.
I did spot some of the new 1.5" quickspins at the range last night. They had been fletched up for open class 3-D. Their owner said he was very impressed with the flight.

There are a couple things that I for one am interested in.
Broadheads: Rocky Mountain Snyper X3. Its simply a 3 blade version, but looks like it should be excellent.
Accesories: Fuse Archery. They have a whole line of sights, quivers and stabilizers that use Sims throughout and look very promising, though I've heard they may be a little expensive. The new Safari rest from APA looks like it will be the best hunting rest going this year.
Though not new, it seems the Bohning Blazer vanes are getting a lot of attention this year. I have a good buddy shooting them right now with excellent results. I think I might have to give them a whirl myself.
Thats about it for new and exciting in my book.

Thanks for the replies everyone
Todd... That there fore axes stuff is jes too compykated fer a bowhunter like me..interesting stuff though...
I did test the QS' on a couple of arrows last year. I didn't care for the added weight and poor FOC they provide, however I do see they have some smaller lighter ones this year. My dealer was showing them to me last week.
That said, like MM88 brought up, last year I also fletched a couple arrows up with the blazers...although I wasn't floored by them, I did like them..I am fairly positive they will be on whatever arrows I shoot this year (most likely CarbonTech) as they suit my needs for lower weight, good stability, and decent FOC without using feathers (which I prefer, but are just too noisy at the speeds I'm shooting these days)
Also that 3 blade Snyper sounds cool..may have to check into that. I have not been impressed with the Scorpion from NAP I tried last year. I've had great difficulty with them from a QC standpoint (ferrules not straight/collars not square) Sharp or not, it's time to move on to something else if I do some hunting this coming season.
Anyone else?

I've been hearing rumors from Copper John about a Micro adjustable Deadnuts pro although no one there could tell me anything more definitive than "Summer".
So long as it's here by Sept so I can set it up for Oct. That'll make a good product great IMO.
No website but the Sword Accusite stuff looks interesting as well.
Cobra has a new rest that's similar in design to the TT stuff that I love so dearly. Has a built in arrow holder which looks kinda handy. Plastic launchers though[:@]
There's also a local guy doing carbons...looks a lot like the Carbon Tech design. Touting tolerances of .001 over 29" and light to. AIRFORCE they're called. AMG is the co.
Said he adds carbon not just glue to attain the stronger spines and he's small enough that every single arrow is inspected by 2 people for each straigtness, weight and spine.
Only guy I've ever talked to as anal about arrows as you Jeff

There is another for you there is a couple of new releases out called Mag-tek made by Ken Stanislawski there is a wrist strap model and a thumb trigger model.
A friend has the Thumb trigger I am going to borrow to try out so I will keep you posted on that as well.
