The USS Constitution is now in port!!
Finally, after 3 months of waiting, I picked up the constitution last night. I haven't got a chance to shoot it yet, but man I can tell that this thing is gonna be a shooter. And check this out: the BC said 32" draw, 60 lbs, 300 gr. arrow, 328 fps. That is smoking for a bow with those specs. That's actually faster than my Old Glory's BC, which was 31", 60 lbs, 300 gr., 314. Figuring 10 ft./in., it beats it by 4 fps.
I'll report back after shooting it for a while.

RE: The USS Constitution is now in port!!
Shot my first shoot with this bow today. Vegas 299 with 22 baby x's in the bowhunter class. All things considered, I was very pleased with that, especially since the draw length is a little long for me as is, even with my rope loop as short as it can be. I have to really work the back tension hard to get my shot off. New cams are in transit.
This bow holds superbly, and the balance is excellent with my 10" stealth stabilizer. This bow is a real performer also, as I mentioned earlier. I'm shooting my 60 lb'er backed off to 45 pounds, and it's still zinging my 2613's pretty good, not that I really care as it's my spot bow only.
Now if my camo one would just get here, I will be one happy camper.
