Default Problem with Muzzy Zero Effect

I have the Muzzy rest on a PSE FireStorm Lite. Shoots deadly accurate.

The problem is, the arm slams my thumb HARD when I shoot. Any suggestion on how to prevent this?

BnHcomputing !

That's the first I've heard of this ,do you by any chance have a digital to take a pic of so that I might be able to have a better look at your arrow shelf and grip apposed to the way you have your Muzzy mounted ? I have one mounted on my bowTech Dually and I am no where near my hand .
Check your grip ,and are you getting the slap as you release or when your drawing ?

It is hitting between the first knuckle and the wrist when I release.

Again, thanks for any ideas.

Could you shorten the threaded linkage rod any, it looks like it may be long. Just a thought.

Holy crapola batman!! No wonder your hitting your thumb![] You need to shorten that sucker. Did you get a tape when you bought it? If you didn't I can send you one.

It is definitely installed incorrectly and your cable slide might have to be reoriented as well.
