Default Camo Dipping Information

I asked this in the off season forum yesterday, but who better than a bunch of techies?

Hey guys, do any of you know where I could possibly send something to have it dipped?

Blakes old taped up crutches look pretty ragged and I though a dipped set would look awesome. But I can't seem to find but one place and he don't have an email address posted so I can ask what they would charge.

Just FYI, Blake is a young man from my area that lost his leg to cancer in October.

You might want to also try Camoclad. It is not dipping, more like a strong tape with many of todays top camoflages.

Good morning! There would be no charge for dipping the crutches.
I have gotten one response from like the 6 people I have sent emails to. I think I don't even need to hear from the rest. I wasn't at all looking for a freebie, just a discount and I didn't ask for either in my emails.

So thanks to everyone for the help, and special thanks to the guys at waterdog.

I know this is sorta unusual question but just how bad is his crutches?

the reason I am asking is I have a pair of Alum. in my shed that I will donate to him.
Just help me cover the cost of shipping.

Ausie, the ones he has are over a year old and all taped up.

I was going to locate a new set but I don't know what size he needs. Cuz those things are only good up to certain heights before you need a different pair. I know I have a pair but they are like for 5'6 & taller and he isn't but 5' right now. I will give a call to his mom and see what he needs and go from there. If you want to look and see what size yours are, go ahead and let me know. I was really hoping for a set with the grey rubber parts on them, as I would think you can't dip the rubber and the yellow rubber just wouldn't look right.

He doesn't know anything about this so I don't want to ask him. I am going to be a little sneaky on this one! But I know he will love them. I have never seen him on a set of crutches that weren't taped up. And this should save him from having to tape them all the time.
