Find a reputable bow shop in your area and have the bow checked out for any problems. Then have them check you to see if this bow will fit you properly (draw length, draw weight, etc)
After this is determined you can have any work done to the bow that is necessary, and get the correct arrows for how the bow will be set up.
The only way this is a good deal is if the bow can be used by you, and w/o any practical experience you will need help to determine that.
Good luck

Yeah you need to get everything checked, limbs, cams, strings and cables. The last thing you need is it too fail when needed most. There are good deals out there on bows, because resale values on bows are so so low. Its really hard to get your money out of them. With the technology we have today on bows, they will virtually last forever with a little TLC. Good luck and hope you enjoy bowhunting.
