I could tell you one thing I think 62lbs. and beman 400's at 28in sounds really stiff expecially at that length i would drop down to the 340's I think this will help as far as the rest I haven;t tried a trophy ridge but from the sounds of it I don't think I will!! I shoot a patriot 2003 I use bowtech's rest by golden key and shoot 65lbs. at 29in arrow carbon express CX hunters 300 with string loop shoots awsome!!!

IMHO his spine is perfect and going to 340's in a beman arrow would be stiffer than his current 400's. All arrow makers don't use the same numeric scaling system.

Actually Brad he is having problems with a Trophy Taker not a Trophy Ridge.

I had the Trophy Ridge installed on my Justice. Had minor fletch contact on the first few shots, Tech made a minor length adjustment on the rope and it has been working fine ever since. Mine is tied to the small hole on the bottom of the slide.

I hope to get him pretty close tonight. I personally do not like the trophy taker at all. The more I mess with setting one up, the less I like it. There is such a fine line to getting it just right and for the money the cost, I'll spend it somewhere else.

just my two cents.

This rest may not be 100% fool proof, but it does preform spectacular if intsalled properly. Once you know how to do everything properly it only takes about twenty minutes to have one on and shooting great. When you guys get it dialed in I think you'll like it;):)
