They didn't do it before, and they don't do it with field points?
You should have included that in your original post.

Personally, I would change broadheads.

Nuge........it's just doesn't add up !! Sorry ..........but I don't get it !
I don't see how twisting your cables could have any impact on broadhead noise ! I don't see how a fixed blade and expandable could have the same noise and when you screw on field tips you have no noise !!

No saying that you don't have this problem..........but there is a piece of the puzzle missing somewhere !!

I would say (if your field points made noise) that your brand of fletching was noisy and you finally started picking up on it.........or you've got some small tears, or they have gotten slightly wrinkled......etc. !!

But for what you are describing ........it almost sounds impossible to me !!

I hope you get it figured out ..........I would love to know what could cause this !!

BTW.........what's your POI with field points, expandables, and fixed blades like ???

CBM SC, I think I must have shot my other fixed blade with a old fletch or maybe I was hearing things but I went out today and the fixed blades were not making noise. I got so caught up in trying all three types of heads and switching arrows I thought they were both making noise. So I'm sticking with muzzys this year. Thanks for all your help!
