Default RE: Mathews SQ2 question

The string and cable lengths you gave match the 29" SQ2. The cam should be a SL2BR for a right hander. Hope this helps.

Default RE: Mathews SQ2 question

If I remember right, I think that the 'A' in SL2-AR means it is a 30" cam. A=30, B=29, etc. I don't know if the string and buss cable lengths are the same for the 30" and 29" cams on the SQ2.

I would email Mathews tech department with this question or call a pro shop that stocks Mathews and they can look it up to be 100% sure.

Mathews sq2 uses the same string and cable for a 29" draw and down but they change to a diffrent length with a 30" draw.

Default RE: Mathews SQ2 question

The Mouse is pretty much right on here. The SLAR2 is the cam used for the 30" draw lengths for both the SQ2 and the Q2 but it can also be used for the 31" draw lenth Q2XL.

To get a 29" draw length for the SQ2 you will need to get the SLBR2 since there is no adjustment for their cams you will have to get a new one.
