This is tough.........but I'd say go for it! If you have four weeks, and will shoot basically every day, and your dealer will help you and make sure you are set-up and tuned correctly, and you will still have your old Bear bow in case you have some problems. If thats the case, I'd go for it. The BlackHawk is a good little/light bow. You might like a little more ATA.
