Default WHat the?

I recently went to my local pro shop and had a winners choice put on my mathews legacy. Before, with the old zebra I was shooting great. Great groups up to 40+ yards.

Upon tuning this bow up, my buddies and I couldnt get the arrows to come out straight at all. We tried raising/lowering the nock point a number of times to no affect. I was told that the little holes on the cam of the bow have to be parallel with the string, which they arent even close. Could that be the reason for this or is it more likely I'm missing something? Everything looks straight and normal like it did before the new string.

Legacy22 brought it in and they put nearly 30 twists in the NEW Winners Choice cable, before the cam was back to normal position.

Why is that? Did they order the wrong size cable?

or is that normal to have to twist a new string from winners choice that much?
