Default D loop problems

I replace the loop on my string the other night and it isn't cooperating with me. The loop keeps sliding together. It isn't a problem when I am shooting my ACC's with G-nocks but when I am shooting my Gold tips I am getting some nock pinch. I have removed it and retied it a couple of times but with no change. The damn thing keeps rotating around the string too. What is that all about? Am I just not getting it tight enough? I am bout ready to super glue it in place.[:@]

Sounds like it needs to be tighter--take a needlenose pliers put in there and open it up.

I am able to slide it back open but after a few shots it creeps closer together again.

Is it tied correctly?

If the ball end interferes with the way the knot sits - it will slip

You could tie in a knock set. Here's how:

I am trying to picture what you are saying Rack but I am not sure I do. The knots are clean and well formed and the ball ends are clear of the knot.

Swamp Dawg, that looks like a simple fix. I might have to try it.

Shouldnt the ball ends be up against the knot?
