Default Hoyt xtec getting fixed!!!!!!

About a month ago I asked for help with my hoyt xtec problem. JeffB gave me the answer to the problem, when I took it back to the dealer and told him the problem, we agreed on the problem, but hewas not willing to fix it. (you can look at my previous posts to read everything) After I realized what an a$$ this dealer is, I called hoyt to get some help. The customer service was great they told me to send it back and they would fix everything. It only cost me 14.00 to send the bow back. Needless to say I will never buyanything from this dealer again. This dealer was so worrid about spending some money to fix his mistake he didn't realize he would be losing a customer. Thanks again to all those who posted replies and helped me figure out my problem.

ash2042! Some of these shop's just aren't in the sport for the love of it, and their heart just isn't there either. They never realize it until they've chased half their clientel away.Money is the important thing so they don't realize that if they treat their customer's good that the word spreads and they end up with an even bigger clientel and return customers, which mean's even more money. It might cost you a bit to satisfy customer's but you can reap the rewards of being good to them .
