double ceek, also i know that if you put the knocks on before the inserts it can increase the setup time, because there is no moving air. but yeah...I would take them back too.

Thanks for the replies guys, I took them back today and was informed that mine were the first they had tried!!! They are going to try them again and I will pick then up next week. Hopefully, everything will be good this time.

First time they tried Epoxy? or the ST AXIS?

I agree, it just sounds like they didn't mix it correctly or at all.

They set up in about 12 hours and full cure is 24 hours.

JeffB, they explained that the axis arrows come with the epoxy and you just mix up and set, apparantly they did something wrong.

Maybe they forgot the most imprtant part...

apply it to the inserts
