Kinda like the Yikes rear sighting system, but looks to be much more flexible and adjustable.

Would probably work really well for a hunter wanting to ditch their peep but not use the no-peep...

I have looked at those types of sights before but there is one big problem. The sight radius is so short that I would think it would be real hard to get any kind of real accuracy from it. Much like a pistol vs. a rifle.

I don't know, I tend to think it is the distance from your eye to the front sight that gives you accuracy.
I had a Yikes sight that I was finally able to make work (lacked adequate adjustability but I made it work), and once set up I was as accurate as anything with it.
The only reason it's not on my bow right now is I let my brother try it, as he wanted to get away from his string peep, and I wanted to try the no-peep I had in my stuff to try/junk drawer...
Here's the Yikes for comparison-

I used to shoot a homemade sight of similar design . It worked well for me , and taught me alot about grip tourqe and form . I would sugest this type of sight for the begining archer as you learn fast shooting it .It kind of looks like the "hind sight". While I like this type of sight , I cant use the "no peep" . Its completely useless to me . The advantage of the sight you show , is that the target , rear sight , and front sight , are all in one line of vision , while the nopeep is off to the side , making you try to concentrate on 2 things at once .
