I picked up my Extreme VFt today. WOW, This bow is awesome!!

This thing is a rocket.

D loop, kisser, peep and is averaging 300.7 FPS with a 371 grain gold tip!!! Way more than I expected in the speed department.

I ended up putting on a GKF 3D rover rest (thanks for the info on this rest, I really like it) , Trophy Ridge 3 pin Matrix and Tranquilizer stabilizer, Limb savers and braided wrist strap. I also picked up a Scott mongoose release, this I also really like. The camo laminate grip is sweet!!!

The bow feels top heavy in hand but balances great while at full draw. I like the draw curve no bumps or hard spots. The draw stop is another thing I really like about the bow. The bow holds rock steady at full draw.

My only complaint is the stock cable slide was noisy while drawing the bow. I replaced it with a simms teflon slide. Other than that I have no complains thus far!!

Sounds like a sweet setup. Your observations pretty much mirror my own...when I finally got my hands on one.

Sounds like you got a sweet setup buckeye , nice combo of accesories for that bowtech . With the speed an energy you are getting you are going to be blast'n some arrows .

They are a fast bow. Mine really spits those arrows out! Hope you enjoy it, it's fun to take over a buddies house & when you shoot they go WOW - that is fast!
