Default Drop away rests- Which one?

How many of you are using a drop away? I was thinking about switching from the whisker biscuit. I like the concept of the MZE, but it looks so heavy and cumbersome. Which one works best for you?

I play with all the drop aways and most of them work well. Let me assure you the Muzzy Zero Effect is extremely light. In fact, it my be lighter than most rest since its made almost entirely of plastic. Its extremely tough and not cumbersome at all. I am going to try one again on my new bow since all I need is a couple of parts to put one together.

Right now, I'm shooting a NAP QT 4000. Its a nice compact design that is very accurate, but somewhat of a pain to set up. The new Hoyt I bought does not have the cutout anymore in the riser for the rest and I am kind of uncomfortable about it moving on me now. This may be just my imagination though.

I'm just waiting for the AMA show to see if there is anything new coming out that catches my eye.

Other rest that have been talked about a lot and are very good include the Trophy Taker, Trophy Ridge DropZone and some of the Golden Key drop aways.

You mean to tell me there are more fall away's out there apart from the MZE

I have 2 of them one on my hunting bow and the other will be going back on my 3d bow when and if it ever gets here.

Simply the best fall away there is.

There are alot of Trophy Takers out there. They are simple, light, durable and very proven.

good Luck!

I just put on a NAP 2000.....So far I really like it.....On this rest though, make sure you have the cable twisted so it will not interfer with arrow flight.....

I use a Trophy Taker on my Golden eagle and I love it .I use it for 3D and hunting and I can't give you a complaint about it .I've had it on now for 2yrs

P.S. I would like to put one on my new Bow Tech that I will be buying real soon but I'm not sure if it will work with the parellel limb design.

Love the MZE. Contrary to its looks, it is not heavy or cumbersome. Give it a shot and you will love it.
