Don't know how to calculate speed or KE.

Darton/Proline Mountain 2000 with CPS 2
butter smooth 66# (can acutally let down without shooting, and not have the arrow go wild)<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
Big ole' Nitro Traditionals (485 gr.)@245 fps
and now, with my surgically &quot;repaired&quot; shoulder, down to a 29.5&quot; draw length.

I definitely DO NOT think surgically shortening your draw length to fit &quot;mainstream bow standards&quot; is a good idea!<img src=icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle>

Avoid the inevitable until it is absolutely unavoidable!

3-D rig-Parker Ultra Lite Pro(38),Toxonics Hybrid V w/9&quot; extension,Trap Door rest,300 Carbon Express @ 30&quot;,30.5&quot; draw,62#,X-ring 10&quot; silicone stabilizer,both shot with Scott Shark releases,3-D rig shoots 271fps.
