Hello, I am new to the board and currently shoot a Browning Ambush. I am planning on buying a new bow next year and was thinking about the PSE Firestorm Lite. I have picked up on of these and love the way it feels but i' ve never shot one. I was wondering if anyone has any opinions(good and bad) of the Firestorm because i am really thinkin about buying one.
Thanks

welcome malibu...
you sound just like me. i started out with this old browning vortex or something. i cant even remember what is was called. it was huge though.
anyhow...i moved on up after i decided bowhunting was awesome and got me the PSE firestorm lite. i' ve never shot a matthews but have shot some really nice high country bow' s, but i wouldnt trade anything for my PSE... as of now. its so light and compact, but shoots VERY consistent and fast. i got a whisker buscuit on mine and a good stabilizer, set at around 63 lbs. with a 28 1/2 draw and im dead on all the way out to 40 yds. i' m not saying a matthews or something else wouldnt be better, but the FL is cheaper. i think youll really like this bow if youre doing a lot of hunting. i took my first buck with it 3 weeks ago and was really impressed. i' ll be shooting this one for a long time for sure. so my vote is to definitely go for it man...get you one!!!
