Just curious as to the prices on the 04 Hoyts. The shop I shot the Vipertec at was asking 699 for it. I think thats a little ridiculous, but I may be wrong.

Whats the going rate in your area for the new ones?

I looked at a new Hoyt XTec last Sunday and it was $729.95

I was quoted a price of $649 for the Xtec 2 weeks ago. But that was for camo. Target colors would be $719.

649 sounds more in line. I was kinda shocked at the 700 dollar sticker on the one I looked at. My Cybertec was 575 + tax two years ago, I couldn' t imagine it being over 100 dollars more.

The new Hoyts look nice. $699 here also.

I had a $719.00 Ultratec in my hand last night..........

Bows is expensive ain' t they!

Locally,

Razor and Viper are right at $600
Xtec, Protec and Ultratec are at $670
Ultramag/Ultrasport are about the same prices as last year' s Magnatec and MTSport.

I can handle the bows going up some, but I was really shocked at the price at this shop for the viper at 699. I thought is was a little crazy to see over a 100 dollar price jump in 2 years[].

I will pay the 600 or 650 price for the new one. I' ll have to make a trip to my shop this weekend and see if they have one there with the cam I need, or, I' ll just have to place an order.
