Pin Feather Up or Down??
Is it better to have the pin feather/vane up or down? I have Quicktune rest. My pinfeather goes down, between the prongs, but I have a hard time getting my vanes to clear the rest. Is it possibe to turn the knock so the pin feather is up?

It can be done, but will most likely result in even worse contact issues when the two down vanes slam into the launchers.
What kind of fletch and size are you using? How is applied, straight, offset (how much) or helical? What shaft are you using?
Best bet is to keep tinkering until you get rid of the contact issues. Have you tried lightening your spring tension until it just holds the arrow up at full draw? Is the bow group arrows well?

RE: Pin Feather Up or Down??
This question probably should not have been asked. I shoot a helical. Gold Tip hunters of some sort. 4in vane. A couple of years ago when I used to shoot a lot, and shot aluminum(sp) I had perfect clearence and was shooting bullet hole through paper. When you looked at the arrow while on rest, it looked like it was going to get major fletch rub, but the arrow actually twisted before it went through the rest. I didn' t think it could spin that much that quickly, but it did.
I am just going to leave it as is. Ill work it a little. But I am so sore from climbing lately, I can' t even draw my bow.
