you are fine with what you have...like others said...Go with a fixed broadhead, Some states dont allow mechanicals. Practice Practice Practice!! Me personally I would stay under 40yds shots...I have heard of shots out to 75yds with a bow but Im not that good and I dont want to risk wounding some animal. I am confident at 20-30yds. A broadside shot in the vitals with a good broadhead is going to take the animal down.

You are fine. Check out the 125 grain Thunderheads too. They have worked well for me. Being long armed I pull a 32" arrow, and I still shoot glove. Tried the mech release, and don't care for them. You should have pass through with your setup easily.
