Default injexion shafts, to light or just right?

hey guys, new hoyt carbon element g3 ordered and on the way. Will be shooting 70# at 28.5-29" draw. looking to shoot carbon injexion 330 29" long with 100 grain heads. total weight will be 442. Will the shaft be able to handle the bow? Is anybody else shooting this or something similar with successful results?

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like they should be fine. You definately have sufficient weight. At 70# the recommended minimum weight would be 350 gr. You're almost 100 gr over that. Your bow will be quieter than if you were using a lighter arrow. And if you find the arrow is too stiff, you can switch to a 125 gr head to 'weaken' it some.

x2 on what bronco said. You will be fine. There will always be +'s and -'s to shooting heavier or lighter arrows. You just need to weigh the options and shoot the ones that fulfill your and your bow's requirements. HD.
