Default how do you mount your biscuit?

i have mine mounted with the biscuit ahead of the grip, which made my arrows almost too short. i saw on a hunting show where the shooter had his mounted to the rear of the grip, which would act like a short overdraw (i assume). does anyone else shoot this way?

The biscuit is designed to be placed behind the grip. Putting it in the front means you have to have arrows that are at least a few inches longer than necessary. It also means the arrow will be in contact with a part of the bow for a longer time, which will lead to more torque problems.

t-roy, you definetly want to move that thing to the back of your grip You could probably MAKE it work in the front but I think you' ll be much happier with it in the rear where it was designed to go

A rest that can actually be mounted in front of the riser? The " WB" is definately versatile.

I had a good lauugh at a not very " sporting goods" store the other day when they had a WB set up on the front side of the riser of a kit bow they were trying to sell.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and move the rest to the back of the riser and go get you some shorter arrows, or have yours cut down.

t-roy you won' t have to have your arrows cut down any? I' ve not heard or anyone yet who HAD to cut their arrows down. I suppose you could but don' t know what the advantage would be.

I cut two inches off of my arrow when I installed my bisquit.

#1 it solved a spline problem I was having with carbons.
#2 They are a bit faster, I could care less though.

The nice thing about the bisquit is that there is almost no way an arrow can come off the rest. I don' t worry about my hand when drawing nearly to the back of the riser now.

lmao I concur with XI. While my " biscuit" prefers I mount it from the front, I MUCH prefer " behind" . The shaft doesnt require being as long and with my quiver, I need all the help I can get!!!
