I would think that depending on your bow's specs, a 4.5 turn on each limb bolt would reduce your draw weight somewhere between 7 and 13 lbs. That should have made a difference.
That is what I would have thought. When I go to CE's shaft selector (they don't have a 30" draw for their adjusted draw weight). I get different numbers and based on those even with a 60# and 30" I should still be a tad on the underspine side.
