Default help with stabilizers please

I have an old mathews feather light bow. I did have a tranquilizer with limb saver stabilizer by golden key on it but broke it off. Should I try to find this one or go wiyh something else? Does a stabilizer make a difference? Any suggestions?

Sorry, I forgot to tell you that the bow is 11 years old. This is my first year bow hunting and the bow is kinda noisey but I can't afford a newer one. What would be the best cheapest one for this bow? Thanks!

I love the limb saver s-coil. Have one on my 02 high country and 09 Martin.

X2 for the S-coil. Don't get the ultrashort one. Just like all the others a short stabilizer doesn't do much for stabilizing, but the S-coil has a good reputation for absorbing vibration and reducing the resulting noise.

S coil is a good stab. I use one and so does my wife.

If your bow is a little noisey
Put on some cat whiskers
Get some limbsavers for your limbs
Buy or build a string stopper
go with a heavier arrow.

These will help dampen noise and absorb some shock on your bow.

Also don't worry about having the newest latest bow. People killed deer long before anyone every heard of a compound bow.

Patience and practice is what kills deer.

I shoot with a limbsaver x-coil right now. When I first got my bow last year I had a real old 8 inch long metal stabilizer that had oil in it that is much heavier than my x-coil. Personally I feel like a shot a little more consistently with the old stabilizer solely for the reason that it made my bow a little heavier, which I feel like makes my arm more steady when I shoot.
