tune question

Lightening = Of course your FTs will move to the right if you move your rest to the right. Readjust your sights. Only move your rest in 1/32" increments until both FTs and BHs hit the same POI.
Do not do what some are saying and sight in with your BHs. That is asking for trouble.
The first thing you need to do is a walk back tune with your FTs.
Sight in at 20 yds. Now aim at a spot on the top of the target with your 20yd pin at 20 yds. Shoot one arrow. Now move back to 30 yds and using your 20 yd pin again and aiming at the same point, shoot another arrow. Do the same at 40 yds, 45 yds (as far back as you can until you run out of target.) Be sure to make good shots. Discount any shots that didn't feel right. your arrows should fall in a vertical line. If they are angled left or right, you need to adjust your rest. This is a fine tune.
Now, the super fine tune. Shoot 2 FTs and 2 BHs. You want to 'chase' your FTs with your BHs. (If BHs are left of FTs, move your rest to the right 1/32" at a time.)
If they are close to begin with you can continue this until you hit same POI. If they are fairly far apart, you may have to adjust your sights as you progress.
TIP: ONce your BHs begin getting close to your FTs, shoot only one BH and shoot it first. They have a tendancy to mess up your fletching.
