Default How much velocity loss?

Can any of you tell me how much velocity will be lost when going from 4" feathers to 5" ? The arrows are aluminum 2412' s weighing 390 gr currently shooting at 275fps. How about on a lighter bow too? Like a 2212 at about 220 fps. Would the velocity loss be more with that set up or about the same? Thanks

1 fps at most

At longer ranges that light arrow may slow up a bit more with 5" - but IMO you will never notice a difference.

Agreed, There isn' t much weight difference between the two so the fps at initial launch will be almost identical. And you' d be shooting much farther than normal hunting distances before you see much difference in trajectory either.
