Default Someone help me on total arrow weight?

I am pretty new to bow hunting and am wondering about how much total weight I am shooting. I have the Cabela's Stalker Extreme arrows 65/80, they are 28" and 9.3gpi. They have blazer vanes and I shoot 100 grain broadhead. Can someone let me know how much weight I am shooting and how you come up with it? I'm not sure how much weight to give the nock, insert, etc, etc. Help would be appreciated. Thank you

Take the weight per inch(9.3), multiply by how long (28") that is your shaft weight. Now the insert maybe 10grs. the nock 9grs. fletching at 7grs each vane times 3 (21grs) add all those numbers and you will get about 300grs now add the weight of your tip. I usually just say 45grs +the weight of the shaft and tip.

9.3 x 28 = 260
nock = 9
insert = 10
blazer = 21
broadhead = 100gr F-15
=400 total weight

Is this a fairly close estimate or am I forgeting something? Is this an average weight for a 60lb Hoyt Vectrix @ 28in draw length? I'd rather be heavier and pack a little more punch than be all about speed and less penetration.
