G5 Optix ME sight adjustment

Unhappy G5 Optix ME sight adjustment

I have a G5 Optix ME 3+1floating pin sight can anyone tell me how to setup the floating pin I dont have the instructions. The knob has no yardage marks.

What I did was set the tree pins then moved the forth down a bit ,shot to see where I was and wwent from there.

Set the fixed pins at 20, 30, & 40 and then mark the tape from 40 on out until you run out of room or tape.

And remember, there is backlash on the floating pin (there is backlash on all of them but the only one that it matters on is the floating pin, because you are moving it). ONLY set it by turning in one direction... if you go past a setting and then turn the other way to go back, you will be at a different spot than if you turned right to the setting. My XR sight, for example, the floating pin has ~5 degrees of backlash on the knob.
