Default Fletch clearance problem?

I use a drop away rest. I was wondering what techniques you guys use to check for fletch clearance? Thanks for your help.

You can use a baby powder or foot spray and lightly coat the drop away rest. Shoot an arrow or 2 and see if any residue ends up on the fletching.

I just battled this problem with my new bow and a QAD utlra-rest. Turned out, as discovered through paper tuning, that my nock point was too low.
