If I shoot 56lbs instead of 60 could I add a 50gr insert without cutting my arrows down?

I like feathers because you can knock chunks out of em and still shoot ok where a vane will usuall fall off, just dont get em wet

I play with all sorts of fletching combos every summer but I just can't find anything else that is as consistent as feathers. They are much lighter which helps your FOC. They are more forgiving of any contact on or off the bow. They also stabilize and guide an arrow quicker and better than anything else IMO.
