i would say it has somthing to do with your pins also. as you move your bow up it may change your anchor point a little bit each time you aim . or like cbm s says might not have small enough pin.

ijimmy has a good point. On a real light arrow you want to use as little amount of fletching possible. If you slow a light arrow down too fast,it becomes unstable downrange and it' s groups will open up.
Another problem might be the foc isn' t high enough and this could also cause this.

Check to see if you are " canting" your top bow limb to the right and ducking into the string. A common problem with some shooters when they become mentally stressed at shooting at distances beyond their comfort zone.
Additionally, some shooters have a slight natural bow cant, and it is often easier for them to adjust their pins to align in accordance with the cant then to try and reprogram

IT COULD BE THE SIZE OF YOUR PINS IF SO MAKE A 3 IN DOT I THINK YOUR PROBLEM IS YOU NEED TO PRACTICE AT 35 AND 40 MAYBE 45 SO YOU CAN SHOT 2 INCH GROUPS AT 35 AND THATS GOING TO TAKE A LOT OF PRACTICE GOOD LUCK

In answer to your level question, yes. The sight needs to be leveled to the bow. I level mine to the riser. The pins on your sight are most likely .029" . Copper John does offer .019" pins, though they are not as bright in low light. If you are watching the level, you may be lacking concentration on the target. I check my level as I come to full draw, then forget it, concentrating on the target.
