Default QAD ultra rest?

Anybody use this rest-

Most of the reviews I've read are very positive but a few say it can be trouble with fast or light arrows.

I use the more expensive LD (lockdown) and LD/HD models....
They are great rests, a lil on the expesive side but, I can shoot both FOBs & Blazers from 260-330 FPS with no issues.

A good friend of mine used it. He loved it. It never gave him any problems.

IMO, QAD is one of the best hunting rest made besides the MZE. I have had 3 of em.

Too bad the muzzy doens't work well with the new bows.

I use the lock down model also but have set up many bows with the regular version and I honestly believe it is one of the best rests on the market. I have shot feathers, blazers, and 4inch vanes through them and the only times I have had any interference, I switched the holder out to the other one that comes with it and that solved the problem. Ripcords work the same way and are very good also.

I swung by an area shop yesterday and got my bow setup with all the goodies.I went with the QAD I asked you all about.I haven't had a chance to shoot a lot of arrows yet but so far it's working like a charm along with everything else. The first couple shots were through paper to check arrow flight.Just a very slight upward tear.I'll post a little review of the bow/accessories I got ASAP.Thanks all!

I shoot the QAD LD and love it. The main issue is getting the timing right. After that it's no problem.

Most of the problems I've heard of have to do with the Hunter version, which is the low end (around $50).
