getting nocks out?

getting nocks out?
i recently bought beman ics hunters with blazer vanes. i tried to pull out the original nock to put in a lumenok to see if i like the lumenoks. i cant get the nock out. i need help with this i dont want to pull to jhard to break it

Ouch! I try till I find a easy one or always have pliers somewhere in this wreck. Better yet knock tool.
