Ahhh I love it..."house brand"... very nicely put. You've got a little 'Captain' in you!
Bass Pro's bows (which sell under the Redhead name) are/were made by three different manufactures: Diamond, Parker and Reflex.
The Kryptik, Kronik, and Toxik are Diamonds.
The XSC-33 and Micro XSC are both Parkers.
The Split limb XSCs are Reflex's.... more current models have red and black strings.
Cabelas are mainly either Parkers or PSEs.

I don't understand why you would buy the Gander Bows when you could buy a Marquis for the same price and goes so much faster. I have never shot the Cabela's or Red Hawk bows, so I cannot bad mouth them.

Honestly Stick: When I made my choice it was between the Gander Mountain Guide Series TecHunter Elite and the Diamond Marquis. To be honest the Elite was a little smoother on the draw with a little less vibration. It was going to be my purchase until I saw the Marquis. The grip just fit me good and it was easy to draw too. The one thing I liked about the Gander bow was the string stop at the bottom bushing instead of by the nock. A duravane string tame on my Marquis and you wouldn't know the difference. So I found it on ebay for $125 less than the tec elite. You should actually try the Gander bows -- they are nice shooters.
