Is that the Crush, Blast, Hailfire, or Wrath? For consistency purposes, I would prefer the Crush series. I had a 25 grain insert in mind. I'll contact TR about that. I'll cut them to 27" to get the weight down.

I am not sure.

Don't worry about the weight, worry about the spine.

A 470 grain arrow at 300 FPS is awesome! That can go through anything.

When I was asking about the series, I was asking about consistency. The Crush is the most consistent arrow on the market at 0.0008. The stiffest spine that the crush series comes in is called 300. I was wondering if that is the .270 that you were talking about.

The program didn't specify, you will need to contact the company for that.

It is possible they gave AA bad info as well but they are listed as .270 spine.

Yea, sorry about that.

Trophy Ridge got back to me, and I must say that I am not impressed with the customer service. The response was vague and very short. I relied with another question and they replied with a two word answer. The stiffest spine they have is .300 and that is available in the Crush series. They use a 22 grain insert for that particular shaft. So, if I cut it to 27" and use a 125 grain tip, will it be ok to shoot at 73#?
