Shoot your bow at 30 and 40 yards.
If you miss low then lower the pin if you miss high raise the pin.
When sighting in always chase the arrow.
The last picture you posted on the back of each pin insert a allen wrench to loosen it so you can move it then retighten it shoot again keep moving pin till the arrow impacts where you are aiming.

yep follow the arrow just as Kanga said, your pins should be set the same vertically, reset pin to 20 then shoot 30 adjusting 30 pin up or down and do the same with the 40 if you have issues with left and right ajustment at 30 and 40 then it could be a forum issue or a rest issue..

assuming you had them sighted in before you went hunting..the 30 and 40 that is...you need to tighten down your entire sight to ensure it does not come loose.

If your 20 was dead on and you did this the 20 should now be off

it's a foxfire sight (Trophy Ridge) ,shoot the bow at 30 and 40 yards and remember to follow the shot ,if you shoot low ,lower the pin ,if you shoot to the right ,move the pin to the right and so on. good luck
