i no what kind of arrow i should be shooting and even with a lighter arrow thats meant for that lenght and stuff it still was shooting slow.

TheDSis a screamer, what's your total arrow weight Killzone?I figured 430 gr but that'swith a 100 gr head.285 is not thatslow for your specs and a Dream Season but the truearrowweightmight tell the tale. You should be around 290-295 with that arrow/draw weight.What do you have on the string? DS are so quite that you don't need to dress the string much.
