Everytime I have called Bowtech customer service I have spoken directly to a tech guy. When I email Pat Dinan I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 24 hrs for a reply and many times its within hours. Bowtech don't have any customer service issues.

I shot the new bowtechs & did not like anything about them except for the smooth shot. A 50# felt more like my 72#Switchback XT. The 2 cam lump was not a smooth draw either.

my dilema was iwth the dxt and the general as well. bought my general in march and love it. i just love how it feels when i shoot it. the dxt was awesome too adn it felt great as well but i liked the generall a little better. both shoot very well adn either way you will be happy. and dont mind the limb issue, they have corrected it.
